1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

You Fun - Voice Chat Party explicitly prohibits, and has a zero-tolerance policy against, all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, distribution, transmission, possession, or promotion of any visual depiction of child sexual abuse material.
• Child Grooming: Attempting to establish a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Sexualization of Minors: Any content or activity that promotes the sexualization of children or minors, or encourages sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
• Solicitation: Soliciting personal information, explicit images, or sexual contact from a minor.
• Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images or personal data.

⚠️ Any user found to be creating, sharing, distributing, or engaging in conversations or content related to CSAE or CSAM will be permanently banned from the You Fun platform, and their account details will be reported immediately to law enforcement authorities.

2. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback and Reporting

We recognize that user vigilance is essential for maintaining a safe environment. You Fun - Voice Chat Party provides a clear, accessible, and easy-to-use mechanism within the app for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports regarding any content or behavior that violates our safety policies, particularly those involving child safety.

This mechanism ensures users can report concerns without having to leave the app environment, allowing for rapid capture of necessary contextual information.

3. Policy on Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM being present, shared, or distributed on the You Fun - Voice Chat Party platform, SWIFTFUN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED commits to taking immediate and appropriate action in accordance with our published standards and applicable laws.

Our process includes:

• Immediate Removal: Swift removal and deletion of the confirmed CSAM and related content from our servers and platform.
• Account Termination: Immediate and permanent termination of the user account(s) involved in the creation, sharing, or distribution of CSAM.
• Preservation of Data: Secure preservation of user account data and content hashes relevant to the CSAM incident for reporting purposes and potential law enforcement investigation.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Regulations

SWIFTFUN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ensures that the You Fun - Voice Chat Party platform complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations across all regions where the app is available.

Crucially, in compliance with international requirements, we have established a process to report confirmed instances of CSAM to the appropriate governmental and non-governmental organizations. This includes mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (or the relevant regional authority where applicable) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and other applicable laws.

We are committed to cooperating fully and swiftly with NCMEC and all local, national, and international law enforcement agencies.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact (CSPOC) within SWIFTFUN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED to specifically handle communications and notifications related to CSAE/CSAM content from Google Play, law enforcement, and child safety organizations.

This representative is positioned to speak to our enforcement and review procedures and is empowered to take immediate corrective action as required.
